Who we are

Visaping (operated by Visaping, United Arab Emirates) shows open Schengen visa appointment dates in Dubai and Abu Dhabi and alerts subscribers when new dates open. For any privacy question write to [email protected].

What we collect

Email address, when you pay or add it in your dashboard. We use it to send your access code, receipts, slot alerts and renewal reminders.
Access code and subscription details: start and end date, language, alert preferences (which cities and visa types), and when you last opened the board.
Payment details are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card number. Stripe shares with us your email, the amount and the payment status.
Technical data: your IP address is used briefly to block abuse (for example repeated wrong codes) and appears in standard server logs.

Cookies and local storage

We use one essential cookie (schengen_access) that keeps you signed in on your device. Your browser also stores your chosen city, visa type and alert setting. We also use the TikTok Pixel, which sets cookies to measure visits and the results of our TikTok ads (for example, whether a visit from an ad led to a purchase). You can block these cookies in your browser settings, and manage ad personalisation in your TikTok account.

How we use your data

To provide the service you paid for and keep your access active.
To send emails you asked for: access code, alerts, reminders and support replies. Every alert email has a one-click link to stop alerts.
To prevent fraud and abuse, and to meet accounting and legal duties.
To measure and improve our advertising on TikTok.

We do not sell your data.

Who we share it with

Stripe processes payments.
Our email provider delivers our emails.
Hosting provider runs our servers.
TikTok receives page visit data (such as your IP address, browser details and pages viewed) through the TikTok Pixel, under TikTok's own privacy policy.
When the page loads, Google Fonts (fonts) and flagcdn.com (country flags) receive your IP address, as with any website that uses them.

We may disclose data if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Subscription and payment records are kept for as long as your access is active and up to 5 years after for accounting purposes. Email logs are kept for 12 months. You can ask us to delete your data at any time, except records we must keep by law.

Your rights

Under the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021) and similar laws you can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or object to its use. Write to [email protected] from the email you used and we will reply within 30 days.

Security

Data is sent over HTTPS, access codes are random and rate-limited, and payment data stays with Stripe. No system is perfectly secure, so keep your access code private.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date below and, for important changes, email active subscribers.
